Door Accessories--this grouping includes all
the accessories needed to install and operate various door options. These are various stay
rollers, flush pulls, bow handles, door locking hasps, floor guide sets, guide roller
strip sets, bumpers, binders, stops, astragal and sweep weather-strip sets latches,
padlock staples, spring bolts and cane bolts.
Misc. Hardware Products--this grouping has cast iron hand rail brackets (unique to
Richards-Wilcox), fusible links (invented by Richards-Wilcox), and antique flat track
trucks and systems pioneered by Richards-Wilcox in 1880.
Cremone Bolts--these door locking bolts use mechanical operation to handle
heavy doors or those with very high security needs (animal containment or security). The
bolts cover a range of door heights from 8 to 23 feet and have 3 optional locking packages
available.
ART STOR™Systems--these are designed to safely store drawings and paintings on
movable panels either floor supported or ceiling supported. The panel system is completely
modular and comes in 150 models from 4'x6' to 10'x12 feet. Additional sizes are also
available. The system is unique in the ability to store materials over the entire panel on
both sides without interference.
Barn and Stable Hardware and Systems--this grouping includes the various hardware offerings designed
especially for this particular use, including "antique reproduction" of hinges
Richards-Wilcox made from 1800 to 1950. This hardware is also used in zoos around the
world.
Strap Hinges--this grouping includes heavy-duty hinges with disc and ball
bearing options. The hinges can handle door capacities from 100 pounds up to 6872 pounds
and moment load up to 87,097 pounds. There are 15 different models, various strap sizes
from 6" up to 6', and decorative designs available.
Slide-Fold 434/1035 Hardware Sets--these are the complete sets pre-engineered with track, trucks,
aprons, hanging brackets, cane bolts, weather seals, hinges, cremone bolts, and door
guides for slide-fold applications having two to five door panels. Total door weights up
to 5000 pounds.
