The Richards-Wilcox Thermatite product
has become a proven leader in the
North American energy efficient industrial and
commercial sectional overhead door industry.
Richards-Wilcox Thermatite sections are produced
on a continuous polyurethane production line
utilizing the latest in technology.
The result is a very rigid, energy saving
and long lasting door system.
A high strength to weight ratio qualifies
these doors for a range of applications
with spans of up to 40' without a center post.
Typical installations include, but are not limited to,
commercial warehousing, multi tenant malls,
industrial warehousing & manufacturing,
transit facilities, truck terminals,
pulp & paper, mining, underground parking,
high security and refrigeration.
All published "R" value and "U" values
are based on testing to the ASTM C518 standard.
The Thermatite products are stocked in
forty door system manufacturing centers
concentrated in Canada and the
Northeastern and Midwestern United States.
These centers support door system
engineering and manufacturing with a
computer system providing immediate delivery
for new installations, retrofit and
individual door section replacements.
Beyond these centers is a well established
network of installing and servicing
dealer disbributors who efficiently meet the
demands of our market place.
