We can think of at least 25 good reasons why you will never regret buying the
"High-Tech" door. Here are 7 of them:
1 - Strong, lightweight composite material
Ensures outstanding durability.
2 - CFC-free injected polyurethane foam
Provides over twice as much thermal insulation and resistance to flexion as a
styrene-insulated steel door.
3 - Triple-contact, airtight PVC joints between panels
Ensure remarkable airtightness, a highly-efficient thermal break, and unbeatable
sturdiness.
4 - Choice of 11 colours for the aluminium skin
To match the colour scheme of your home or commercial building.
5 - Choice of sizes (standard or custom)
Enables a perfect fit for any garage opening, whether in metric or imperial measurements.
6 - Superior hardware
Allows the door to work properly for a good many years. For residential doors, the
hardware consists of sturdy 14-gauge tracks with 10-ball-bearing steel rollers.
7 - Exterior frame weatherstripping with double-lip rubber and screw cover.
Protects against air, snow, and dust infiltration.

| The following description of the
"High-Tech" door manufacturing process illustrates the extent to which Garaga is
concerned with every detail. |
|
The first step consists in embossing aluminium
sheets with a woodgrain texture. Then, these sheets are stamped according to the desired
pattern (raised panels, horizontal grooves, or flush). The next step consists in cutting
these aluminium sheets according to the size of the door. These horizontal panels are then
assembled and the weatherstripping is mounted on them. Metal plates are then
placed inside the sections to reinforce their overall structure and provide a good
fastening point for hinges. In the following step, the inside and outside walls are put
together and wood blocks are inserted to seal each end. The last step consists in
injecting polyurethane foam into these sections
under high pressure. |
|
Now, it is time for the finishing touches, namely,
mounting the top and bottom weatherstripping and the windows, if applicable. The door is
then washed, carefully inspected, and packaged. Each door is handled with the greatest of
care, whether it is destined for Canada, the United States, or any other country in the
world. |
